As a veteran agent with two decades of experience in real estate, I pride myself as a valuable resource to buyers, sellers and investors. Since 2003, I have sold over 200 homes and during that time I also learned a great deal about investing. I understand the value of repair costs and I use what I know to benefit investors by finding properties for them to buy and flip. Additionally, I specialize in foreclosures, relocation and being both a buyer’s agent and listing agent. Since I am familiar with both sides of a transaction, I am qualified to give equal insight to buyers and sellers based on my experience in both areas.
What sets me apart from others in my profession is my unique method of doing business. For instance, my home buying services are at “No Cost to You” and as such, I gladly show any home that is on the market including new construction. Clients can expect a higher level of service from me and it’s service based on client-satisfaction, never realtor-convenience.
Real estate is my passion and because of that, I personally ensure that every client gets 100% quality service. I am a single dad and providing for my son is the motivation behind my work. In our free time, we enjoy showcasing our custom-built car and living a healthy lifestyle
